Coupon Terminology Part 1

FAQ about couponing-

A manufacturers coupon is a coupon put out by the manufacturer of the product and can usually be used at any store that accepts coupons. You may use one manufacturers coupon per item you are purchasing. (if you have 5 soda coupons you may buy 5 sodas with them)

A store coupon is a coupon given out by the store like Target for example. It will usually say store coupon or the name of the store on the coupon.

You can often get a great deal by combining a store coupon and a manufacturers coupon. You can usually always use one man. coupon and one store coupon together, often resulting in super good deals or freebies! Target is a good example of this. They offer store coupons on their website and lots of times there are man. coupons to go with them.

Hope this explanation helps someone who is just getting started. Have fun!
